From 2025, we will transform empty offices in Munich into cool and affordable student flatshares. We are planning several “Mega WGs” with over 200 exciting flatmates from all over the world.

Smartly furnished rooms for one or two people, spectacular shared bathrooms and top-equipped, huge community areas with cooking facilities. Water, electricity, heating, high-speed WiFi and cleaning of the common areas are included in the monthly price. Booking periods are flexible from three months.

The location: in the outskirts of Munich, always with direct public transport nearby (maximum 40 minutes to the university).
